"Bad sex" is a symptom that can have many different causes. If it's bad purely due to inexperience/lack of technique, than it would be stupid to dump somebody for that reason, provided she was willing to learn. If it's bad for physical reasons (i.e. something about her body is unattractive), then yes, I would definitely dump her. Very inappropriate, I would assume if a conversaation like that went on between you and someone else he'd be pretty upset.
